NOW EDUCATION NEEDS ACCOUNTABILITY -2018

In 2017, there were not many changes in the education sector, apart from the wave of digital education, from which the students benefited as they brought learning materials and materials issues with one click.

However, to make a bigger impact, we need the right infrastructure and people who know how to make the most of technology. Who will teach parents who do not know how to use the internet? There must be a platform on which to train them in the use of digital platforms for the comfort of their rooms and themselves.

On the other hand, the early intervention of devices into the lives of our children also hurts because they have access to games and social media platforms that they do not like at this age. Due to overuse of the equipment, students' academic performance has been significantly reduced, despite private lessons after school. Parents should understand that children have a short attention span and that they should be encouraged to become capable people. Providing equipment that employs them and reduces the attention of parents is not a good parental measure.

Parents need to talk to their children about the careers they want to pursue and help them realize their dream. It is crucial that young people socialize offline and have full spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual development.

The first principle of education is that nothing can be taught. The students have to be self-taught. Once we realize their potential, they will begin to realize the importance of education and use it accordingly for us and for ourselves.

Values that convey honesty and integrity are habits that begin at home. Parents who cheat schools and give false certificates of the economically weakest part (EWS) are a common corrupt practice that drives the child to grow and lie.

Delhi's Prime Minister Arvind Kejriwal has done much to facilitate daycare in private schools. Okay, but at school, we've seen many parents submit EWS certificates. As we studied their background, we discovered that they earned Rs 5-Rs 10 lakh per year by renting their homes and other types of work. When we refused them permission, did they complain to the administration, which in turn told us that if parents have the SAP certificate, they have the problem of granting them permission? Obtaining an EWS certificate is very easy. As the daycare centers start today (December 27), we will receive many of these cases. To identify and filter real children in the SAP category, we need a mechanism to monitor and monitor these cases.

Our education system still has many deformations, including the CBSE board. Our group of teachers is short and nothing is done to improve faculties across the country. The main pillar of education is basic education, which continues to be ignored, and much government attention is focused on higher education, IIT, IMI, etc.

While the infrastructure was constantly monitored by state schools and teachers, private education was becoming increasingly commercial and money sacks diverted the agendas to earn as much as possible and without any liability. The previous generation of educational magnates, who knew the area well, became a moribund breed.

When we talk about higher education, students who can afford a good education decide abroad at prestigious universities. And those who can not pay do not earn less than IIT, IIM, AIIMS, etc. The biggest concern is that students who succeed in their various fields in India want to work abroad, leading to a brain drain. These people have introduced innovations in other countries and only a handful of them have researched and innovated in India. After 70 years of building research and development institutions, we can not develop our strength at I + D without retaining talent and manpower in India.

Education must be completely renewed. We need the right kind of education, run by real teachers and educators who are deeply involved in this sector. The people who are leaders in this sector need to understand the four aspects of education: primary, upper primary, secondary and technical education.
